Who we are

Pets and Passports is a small volunteer animal-rescue effort based in Sarandë, Albania, working alongside Saranda Paws Vet Clinic. You can reach us any time at petsandpassports@gmail.com. This policy explains how we handle the limited information you share with us.

What we collect

Only what you choose to give us. If you email us or fill in a form — to adopt, to ask about traveling with a pet, to volunteer, or to get in touch — we receive whatever you put in it, usually your name, your email address, and the details of your message. We also collect basic, anonymous analytics about how the site is used, so we can see which pages are helpful and fix the ones that aren’t.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to you, to arrange an adoption or a pet-travel consultation, and to send you updates only if you have asked us to. That’s the full list. We don’t send marketing you didn’t sign up for.

We don’t sell your data

We have never sold, rented, or traded personal information, and we never will. You are talking to two people and a few volunteers, not a data business.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum — the essential ones that make the site work and the anonymous analytics mentioned above. We don’t use advertising trackers. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Third parties

A few trusted services help us run things, and your information passes through them only for that purpose. We use Buy Me a Coffee to take donations, Shopify to run the shop, and an email provider to read and answer your messages. Each has its own privacy policy that governs the data it handles.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email petsandpassports@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
